The 1000 Islands International Tourism Council is working on a significant re-vamp of its stock photography. The photos are used by the Council and area tourism office in their literature and web sites. Images of the region are also provided to the media for publicity purposes. A series of new photo shoots are underway, many include both still and video photography.
During 2007, the Council will create a digital-based system of maintaining publication quality images for easy distribution.
